Join me for a Yoga & Sound Healing Experience at Exploration Peak Park. Please pre-register before attending the session to reduce time spent at the park. Class length: 75min You will need: Yoga Mat / Blanket / Blocks / Eye Mask Water / Sunblock Sweater / Socks (if you tend to run cool while lying down) Location: Exploration Peak Park How to find your spot: There are public restrooms next to the parking lot. When you're facing the restrooms, take the path to the right. Follow the sidewalk towards the grass until you see a group of trees. I'll be set up there among. the trees.
