Make your own simple pumpkin pie yogurt at home, using few ingredients. No added garbage, or preservatives; and low in sugar. High satisfaction! (makes approx 4 servings)
You'll need:
4 tbsp organic pumpkin
1 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
1-2 tbsp maple syrup
2 cups Yogurt or any dairy substitute
1 tsp Vanilla
dash of Nutmeg
Mix all ingredients in a large measuring cup and pour into small serving jars, top with fresh grated nutmeg.
