Introducing the Live in Balance Ayurvedic Journal Series: Your Seasonal Guide to Wellness

Two years ago, while completing my training at the Kripalu School of Yoga and Ayurveda, I had an idea that blended two of my passions—Ayurveda and journaling. As someone who has been journaling for most of my life, I saw an incredible opportunity to create a tool to help others dive deeper into self-study (svadhyaya) while aligning with nature's rhythms.


What started as a concept for one comprehensive Ayurvedic journal has blossomed into something even more exciting: the Live in Balance Ayurvedic Journal Series, a set of four seasonal journals designed to guide you through the cycles of the year—Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter.


Why Seasonal Journals?

In Ayurveda, living in harmony with the seasons is essential for maintaining balance and well-being. Each journal in this series focuses on the unique qualities of its season, offering practical lifestyle tips, grocery lists, and yoga practices to help you track imbalances and restore harmony in mind, body, and spirit.
