Eat With the Seasons - Fall

In Ayurveda we believe in eating with the seasons. So, if it's fresh and plentiful at the market; buy it. Seasonal fruits and veggies have more 'prana' (or life force) and are better to keep you balanced throughout the season. When our energies are balanced, we are less likely to experience symptoms of imbalance. Signs of imbalance can feel like bloating, dryness, fatigue, vertigo, nervousness, insomnia or even anxiety.
