Ingredients:
Fresh or Frozen Berries
1 can coconut milk
1/2" fresh ginger (or powder)
Sprinkles of Cardamom
shredded coconut to garnish (optional)
Ice for added texture (optional)
Add everything to blender and blend until smooth or desired texture
*never add banana, dairy or other fruits*
Ginger aids digestion
Best to have mid-day by itself (12-4pm)
